The CTA has been reviewing its’ organizational
Structure. It will be proposing to the CTA Board of
Directors to implement an Administrative Policy that
will deal with some Human resource management
issues that were long over-due. In the fiscal year
2008-2009, Cree Trappers Association recruited the
services of a company called Mercer to help develop
CTA employee job descriptions and other relevant
issues relating to employment with the Cree Trappers
Association. This was a difficult process, but CTA
is very grateful and wish to thank the consultants
from Mercer for their excellent support on this very
important file.
The new Policy could be implemented in the new
fiscal year, (2009-2010) It was not possible in year
2008-2009 due to the delay in work that was involved
in the process.
